PAINLESS FUND RAISING OFFERS UNIQUE SUPPORT

Several opportunities exist for not only parents but other friends and relatives as well to provide a unique means of financial support for The King’s Academy. Two of these involve two major supermarkets—Kroger and Food
City.

A local Kroger store manager personally delivered a check to the academy in August in the amount of $260.65. This is TKA’s share of a $1 million pool Kroger’s offered schools in 2007-2008. TKA’s 07-08 share was based on purchases made by just 20 households who had activated their “Kroger PLUS” cards to benefit The King’s Academy. Kroger PLUS cards must be reactivated annually with the TKA Kroger barcode for the credit to apply. The barcode is available on the TKA web site, Edline and may be downloaded online as follows:

1. Go to www.krogerearningpluslearning.com
.
2. Click on “Parents Enter Here”
3. #1. Click here to find your school’s unique barcode…
4. FIND YOUR SCHOOL: Enter “KINGS” in the name space, and click on
